Tom Worley FHEA, MMus, BMus (Hons), is an educator and musician with a performance background having studied piano performance at Trinity College of Music, London where he gained a silver medal, and  gained his MMus in Piano performance at Southern Methodist University in the USA. He is currently Subject Leader for Music at Bath Spa University where he has been working since 2011.

Tom has a broad portfolio as a conductor, pianist, teacher, arranger and general music consultant where he has worked with many artists from around the world and is at the heart of curriculum development within music in the Higher Education sector.​


His specialisms are the piano music of Prokofiev, Bach and improvisation. He came second in the Gladys Puttick memorial prize for extemporization in London in 2001. He also performs regularly as a duo with his wife, Maria Garcia to great acclaim.


Tom lives in Bath with his wife and two children and enjoys the community and the stunning sights of the surrounding area.
